Circle M Diner in Wantagh

This used to be really good. But lately the quality has gone downhill. I’m guessing the owners changed.

Ehhhh, everything was soggy. My French toast using challa bread tasted eggy/soggy in the middle. Owner/older women thought we ordered coffee when she passed us? (We both ordered tea). Ordered out a while back & didn't care for their hash browns.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Food came quickly. Not much of a wait at all. Not a bad place to dine!

The food is mostly diner style fare done up right. Breakfast done very well. The coffee is strong and hot. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The parking is minimal and it is a very popular diner. Always a lot of patrons and a friendly upbeat atmosphere.

Went in about two weeks ordered a cheeseburger to go well done. Got home and needless to say furthest thing from well done . Went back today ordered another one . Not well done . Throwing it out . They are pricey and don’t listen. They weren’t busy . So that’s not the excuse . Never going back . Wish I could post picture .

Wait staff rude and spiteful really! They should find a job. Not dealing with people. Food was ok even wait staff couldn't mess up a burger . Sorry I hope this criticism helps.

The food was good and it would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the waitress. Both of us had coffee and she never came back to see if we wanted more. My sandwich was supposed to come with a pickle and coleslaw but when the sandwich arrived, then she asked if I wanted it? I said yes and I was more than halfway through the sandwich when she brought out the pickle and coleslaw. I presume that the older man is the owner and he was very nice.

My teacher work there he the best teacher and l am his wonderful student that he used to work with long time ago he was the wonderful teacher for 28 years

Great diner! Bring my family here a couple of Sundays a year to grab a great breakfast in a family atmosphere. Staff is really nice. Never have to wait for service. Food is delicious.

OMG. This place is the BEST and I mean THE BEST dinner ever. There French toast was amazing. And the waitress was so friendly .And it’s not always 2 crowded. I would recommend . Going here for dinner . The milk was good.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast portions, especially the comedies. When it was mentioned the waitress ignored us. So we said bring us a separate order of them hand we will pay, this too was ignored.

Small place good for Two

I worked at circle M back in the 60's for Mike/Mike. I learned a lot from these two owners. They were gentlemen and fantastic business people as all Greek people are. Glad to see the great rantings, and that it's still around today. Be well, be safe. R. I. P. Mike.

We go to this diner on a fairly regular basis for breakfast, lunch & occasionally dinner. We've also had some family events here with up to 15 people. While the diner always has a steady stream of customers, we've always been able to be immediately seated. The waitresses are friendly, experienced, and competent. The menu and food are standard diner fare with a wide variety and good quantity. The prices are in line with other dinners in the area.
